The poor professionalism of the staff in Menas realty is unacceptable. I started a solar application almost 3 months ago, all I received are emails with little or no information about the status of my application. When talked to managers they proceed to support their staff knowing they are not properly prepared to comply with their duties. I sent a $500 check for my application which they have not received, but I have receipts from the certified letter sent and it was delivered to the address. No one seems to come up with a status report on the process. I will be looking for legal action upon this issue. Very poor service.
