My experience with Gita travel was a mixed bag. The website gitatravels.com had a good selection of travel options and the prices were competitive. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say Gita travel is an average company.
