Let me tell you guys!! Amy and Nacho are absolute gems!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. In the past 10 months I have had to replace 3 tires bc San Diego streets seems to be littered with nails. Haha. So, I ve been to the service department more than I would prefer to be. This last time was tough! I was in the way to the animal hospital with my dogs when my tire blew AND it was a Friday afternoon. I called Audi Roadside and they were okay, nice but not really understanding my situation of being stuck with my dogs and not able to drive. But, moments later Amy called me and wow! She was so compassionate. Due to covid I could not ride in the tow truck to the dealership. Amy called a Lyft to take me and my dogs home then totally took charge of the situation making sure to notify me when my car arrived at the dealership. Quality towing took a few hours to get my car to the dealership but Amy was so responsive and totally out me at ease. She also arranged for a Lyft to come get me a few days later when my car was done. She s such a pleasure to work with! When I got to the dealership Nacho was the first person I saw. He said jokingly, I hope you re not here for another tire! Hahahahahahahahahahah. I was indeed there for another tire! They are just great! So awesome to work with and just such fantastic personalities.
