I have been working with Bi Worldwide EMEA for a few years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they are not exceptional, they do get the job done. Their website, biworldwide.co.uk, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their communication. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response from their team, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
