Your service writer was great,I think her name was Lori, she got me in earlier than my appointment when I dropped off my truck so I was able to get back on my trip. Next time I'm out west I'll definitely be back. I was there about 2 years ago and the service writer told me I had a cracked transfer case on my 07 Silverado to try to make more money. It was only the drain plug leaking. Hope you sent him packing.
