We have known for a long time we wanted to live in 55 and older community. I stated looking a Chickahominy Falls last fall, watched the barn go up and house started going up. I went out in April and spoke to April Pace from StyleCraft about my wants and situation and she listened and understood that, at that time, I wasn t ready to commit. I went back at the end of July with friends just to look again. As soon as I walked into a very crowded barn, April made eye contact, remembered me and proceeded to show me the house I would buy that afternoon. There was no pressure - just kindness and patience.
