I've been a regular customer of this library for a while now, and I must say it's one of the best libraries in town. The collection of foreign literature is vast, and they have some hidden gems that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The only downside is that the library can get busy during peak hours, so it's better to visit during quieter times if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.
