I have been a customer of Compass Environmental, Inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. They are reliable and do a satisfactory job of handling waste management. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their responsiveness and customer support. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
