Horrible service. I had a mortgage loan with them that I paid off last month through a refi. I have been chasing them since for a refund of my escrow balance. It's next to impossible to reach someone there on the phone and when you do, the folks on the other end are woefully incompetent. Same thing for emails, even you can get a response from them.
