I've been a customer of Atm online for several years now and I have to say, their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate and their online bill payment system works well, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I've had trouble getting in touch with a representative and the wait times can be quite long. Overall, I would rate my experience with Atm online as average.
