I recently purchased some products from Bharat hydro products and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the products themselves are of good quality, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my queries and the staff seemed disinterested. However, once I received the products, they were satisfactory. I would suggest improvements in their customer service.
