We have an older house and our upstairs was not ducted. They replaced an old furnace, added AC, replaced or repaired old ducting in the basement and on the main floor. For our upstairs they recommended a ducted mini-split.
Overall they were professional, creative, neat and polite. Our system works perfectly. We had one request after the work was done and they came back and addressed it right away. I'd definitely recommend, this company, especially if you have a home that needs a unique HVAC solution.
