I had purchased a Santa Fe from the dealer on the west side (coors), they are rude, pushy and just not a comfortable envirment. Southwest Hyundai, up on Lomas, is the only place to be. The minute you walk into the door in the service area there is nothing but comfort, laughter, goof offs and just all around a great place to be, especially if they have to tell you something not so good~, James will come out and sit down with you, (didn't have to with me, but I did see him do that with another couple, evedently there repair was going to be a bit much and James had wanted to let me in on this slowly, which ended up not mattering to them) On Saturday afternoon I had a slight "mishap" with a loaner I had used, I kinda got stuck on a curb! the whole darn place had to come and see! everybody was laughing so hard, even customers that had been inside came out to see this stupid thing I did! while we were out there, everybody, meaning all us customers just kept sharing notes and stories as to why we each just love these guys. Everybody had a story on how they had been helped at least 1 time by this exact service dept. (however, non seemed to be quite as big as mine) This is the reason people want to do business with Southwest Hyundai. Honestly, I have no intention on leaving all the others out, sales men like Orlando, I would mention all the others s they were very pleasent to but I don't remember their names. The finance guy, Sedrik? I think that is how you spell his name! One heck of a man! the whole place, even the sweet ladies answering the phone! but I do have to say, when you walk into the service area, you feel like you are in a place where there are nothing but friends, and somehow, that includes even customers. Those men make it so very pleasant and actually fun! when James has to break bad news to you, he always follows it up with a positive. I live in Rio Rancho and drive to Southwest Hyundai becaused I refuse to do business at the place closer to where I live! those guys are just jerks. These people at Southwest don't just fix cars/truck, they fix unhappy people too. You just can't leave there without a smile on your face! GUYS, YOUR THE BEST!
