I would rate Intouch consumer care solutions pvt ltd as average. The services provided by the company were decent. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time could be faster and the representatives could be more knowledgeable about their products and services. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with the company.
