I have been using Transway air & ocean freight for several years now and I must say that their services are just average. They are not outstanding or exceptional, but they get the job done. The rates are reasonable and the customer service is decent. However, there have been a few instances where there were delays in delivering my packages. Overall, I would say that Transway air & ocean freight is an okay company to work with.
