Holidays with electrolux

I bought a perfectcare 700 dryer in December 2018. The hose was damaged on delivery. It happens. I waited for the service for about 2 weeks. Phew all the luck that so short. Fast forward about 4 months. The mechanism blocking the door caused an error E40, a professional from the abc Bazyl service came up and despite explaining by phone what is wrong with the device pan with a mustache fell without any parts, no preparation. The first day of the holiday was lost. After reporting this to the service, the highest president himself assured that he would come to repair. Luz think, the director himself will be replaced and will be ok. Actually he comes a week later with the mechanism, he exchanges and what, lime !! The second day of leave was lost. The same president promised me that he would order all the necessary parts and that he would be a group. Ok, I think three times art. The professional number 1 comes in, the same as what came up to look the most. He replaced parts, works beautifully. We talked about moments, great. I will finally do the laundry after almost a month. I put on the drying program and here zonk. The heater does not work and wet matter in my drum. Ok reboot, check I check it does not work. 3 day lost. I am calling slightly irritated to electrolux, I explain the whole matter and ask for sending another service. After a few days another service arrives and after a few hours finds the cause and now the attention. A technician from service A damaged in the new module some cables that were responsible for the thermostat. It would probably be the same day if service technician A did the test as it should be done after each repair. Ok, from the service B, he says he can fix it only with a solder some part of the dishwasher, he had in the car so I agreed.

Okay, now seriously. Electrolux did the whole thing, did not call me, I was not apologized for lost few days of leave, I still have problems with the washing machine. I have not explained why a relatively new device is stuck together like OLX equipment. Your helpline is paid, no one responds to my emails (no more than one week) I have now engaged in the shop where I bought this equipment, I wrote a complaint to HQ and notify the consumer office and promises to describe these devices on every page in Poland that sells this product. I am embarrassed by your attitude towards the client. I will never buy your equipment again after this unfinished adventure. I assess the quality of the equipment at 0 and the quality of service and customer service later on this scale.
