My experience with Horizon Computer Technologies has been mixed. On one hand, their products are of good quality and their technical support team is knowledgeable. However, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been instances where it took longer than expected to get a response from them. Nonetheless, I would say that my overall experience has been satisfactory.
