I recently took my dog to Big Rapids Pet Salon and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and they did a great job grooming my dog. The salon had a pleasant atmosphere, and my dog seemed comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future.
