I highly recommend Russell's Heating and Cooling. From start to finish, this team has delivered the best customer service experience of my life.

My 25-year-old AC unit died during one of the hottest weeks of the summer every day was projected to be above 90 degrees. I called SO many companies many of whom advertised same day service. Each time, I was told that it would be several days before they could send out a technician.

Russell s website said service today or it s free but I was still skeptical when I called. The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly warm, empathetic, and professional (I wish I could remember his name it was like talking to somebody s delightful grandpa. I thought I was speaking to the Werther s Original guy). Sure enough he could get somebody out between 2-4PM that day. I was elated.

Around noon, I received a call from my technician, Rocco. He could come even earlier great! Here s the part that amazed me. Shortly before he arrived, the company texted to let me know he was on his way. They included Rocco s picture, and a short BIOGRAPHY. Not kidding.They detailed how long he s been working with Russell s, his customer satisfaction rating, and a list of his interests and hobbies. This was smart, unexpected, and so confidence inspiring. After all, this is a stranger coming in your home I love that Russell s does this!

Rocco quickly diagnosed my problem, but he willingly spent an eternity answering my millions of questions. He gave me honest recommendations, helped me reduce costs - and he was just an all-around enjoyable guy to talk to. I chose Russell s to replace both my ancient AC and furnace. Rocco got my unit running again and I only had to wait one day before my new system could be installed. The price was reasonable, and I got 5-year interest free financing. Yes!

Fast forward to today, Markece Deadwyler and his brother Michael Deadwyler showed up right on time. They were fantastic! They were so efficient they got the job done way faster than I expected. Markece and Michael were so knowledgeable they couldn t have been more helpful or more patient. They took the time to carefully explain my new system and made sure I understood how to operate it. Worth noting: they also laughed at my corny jokes and tolerated my mean little dogs (ha!). Seriously, they were awesome. I can t stress enough that Russell s has phenomenal staff I don t know how they find employees who are so competent, but also so nice! It s like you have to have a great personality to work there.

Anyway all that to say, I m SO glad I contacted Russell s. I give them my highest recommendation. Every interaction I ve had with this company has exceeded my expectations. If something that heats or cools your home dies, CALL THEM.
