The services provided by Behavioral Health and Addictions Services were average. While the staff was professional, I felt that the sessions lacked depth and personalization. There were moments when I felt unheard and rushed. Although I did gain some benefit from the services, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of individualized care and attention. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
