Northeast Badminton Assoc is a decent company overall. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of organization and scheduling. Sometimes, it can be difficult to book a court at a convenient time. Nonetheless, the overall experience is satisfactory.
