Overrated. Bad signage & few hard-to-read location maps. Most shops are overpriced so it's no wonder hardly any people shop here. Most people come here to soak up AC, people-watch or just trawl around. If they really want to increase footfall they should follow the Middle Eastern mall model & attach a supermarket/hypermarket(e.g. like Agora, Shwapno, etc). Groceries always attract people!
