Being an adjunct faculty member at NCC has been a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with motivated students is great. On the other hand, the lack of job security and low pay are major drawbacks. The college should invest more in supporting its adjuncts and provide better compensation. However, I value the experience I gained here.
