The service provided by Aermecnovatherm gmbh was average. I found their website a bit confusing to navigate, but once I figured it out, it was fairly easy to find the information I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, although it took a bit longer than I expected to get a response to my inquiry. Overall, an okay experience.
