My recent trip with Blue Box was a bit disappointing. The flight was delayed and there was a lack of communication from the airline. The customer service representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the issues. The overall experience was below average. I hope Blue Box takes steps to improve their service in the future.
