Had an awesome time at Core Arts Pilates and Gyrotonic®! The instructors are amazing and they really helped me improve my technique and form. The studio is beautiful and inviting, and I felt at ease during my workouts. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always left feeling energized and accomplished. The best part is that they offer a variety of classes to choose from, so I never got bored. I can't wait to go back and continue my Pilates and Gyrotonic® journey!
