1) I went through three rounds of interview conducted by HR, Manager and the CEO. All rounds were face to face and the questions asked were more or less the same.

2) I was asked to come another day to attend the second and third round. So I have spent a total of two days at their company.

3) After meeting the CEO of the company, which you obviously think is the last round. They told me that there is a fourth round through Skype for which there is no update from them.

I am not here to complain, but have a look at your own process. It's just a total waste of time for both you and the one who attends the interview.
