I had a mixed experience with Mac fcu. Overall, their services were average. The customer service was decent, but there were some issues with the website functionality. It took me a while to figure out how to navigate and find the information I needed. The rates offered were also just average compared to other credit unions. However, I did appreciate that they have a mobile banking app that made it convenient for me to access my accounts on the go.
