Outrageous customer service, I.e. the absence of such. I have been trying to restore my gmail for a week now, I am sure it's just the beginning. They blocked my email without explaining the reason why, the email that literally contains my whole life in it. Google made it absolutely impossible to get through to customer service representatives, let alone to get any ACTUAL help. I have tried everything. I have filled the form they are sending like 40-50 times, and their answer is always the same, that it is impossible to restore it. I have no idea what on earth is going on. I tried to tell them what were the last emails I sent and to whom, what letters are in which folders, which letters are starred etc etc. I am literally here ready to give them any proof they need to show IT'S ME! I'm the owner of the email! - but nope, there isn't even a way to do it. Their response (automated response, mind you. So it's not like you are talking to a real person) is always the same: fill the form. And once you do -> impossible to restore. Now imagine: My letters from schools with admission information, my test scores, personal letters, documents, cv's, job infos, - ALL GONE! For no - I swear!! - NO REASON! Without even explaining, why! Without even trying to actually - ACTUALLY - help! And all this is after all the years I have had that account?! I have never felt as hopeless as I do now. But that's not the way the cookie crumbles, and I'm going to escalate.
