I have mixed feelings about the services offered by this healthcare institution. While Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) provides adequate healthcare, there are some areas that need improvement. The website, ccss.sa.cr, is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the range of services available. However, it would be better if there were more options for specialized treatments and shorter waiting times. I still believe there is room for improvement.
