I opened an account with Merit Bank a few months ago and so far, I'm quite happy with their services. The website is user-friendly and it's easy to navigate through different features. Their customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. The only thing I wish they would improve is their interest rates, which are not as competitive as some other banks. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my experience so far.
