I recently bought a hot tub from a popular online retailer. The hot tub is great and provides a relaxing experience. However, I had some issues with the customer service. They were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. If I had known about Natural Hot Tub earlier, I would have purchased from them instead. Their customer service seems to be much better.
