I have been living at Oakland Summit Apartments for the past year and I must say, it has been an average experience overall. The apartment complex is well-maintained and the staff is usually responsive to any issues that arise. However, there have been a few instances where the maintenance requests took longer than expected to be addressed. The amenities provided are decent and the location is convenient for my daily commute. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
