I had a mixed experience with Know Yourself. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of products to choose from. However, when I had an issue with my order, it took them a long time to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I would rate them as average.
