The worst experience of life, Staff is rude, irresponsible and playing dirty office politics. Staff do not want to work so they transfer patients to other hospitals for surgery and then don't provide rehab service because surgery was not done at trillium.

My mom is suffering serious injury, sunnybrook hospital did surgery on her and recommend 4-6 week inpatient rehab service Trillium accepted the application but now refusing to provide rehab service in just 2 days after transfer.

My mom is already in lot of pain, family is under lot of pressure but instead of helping ease pain these monsters add more stress in your life by talking in insulting manner to kick out of the hospital.

Where is our tax money? why these public servants are acting like they are above of everything? Who give them authority to put patient and family's life at risk
