I have been a customer of ALJ Regional Holdings for several years now and I must say that my overall experience with them has been average. While their customer service is prompt and their website is user-friendly, I feel that their prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. The quality of their service is good, but not exceptional. In terms of reliability, they have been consistent and haven't disappointed me so far. Overall, I would rate ALJ Regional Holdings as an average company.
