I recently rented baby equipment from this company and overall, it was an average experience. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and the process of selecting and booking the items was simple. However, the delivery was a bit delayed, which was somewhat inconvenient. 😕 The quality of the equipment was good, but some items were slightly worn out. 😬 Customer service was decent, but nothing outstanding. They were polite but not overly helpful or friendly. 🤷‍♀️ The prices were reasonable, but I found similar equipment at slightly lower rates elsewhere. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider renting from them again if they improve their delivery speed and equipment quality. 🤔
