This company somehow confused my background check with another person and accused me of committing crimes. I received a report in the mail with another person's name on it. When attempting to contact CB the phone service stated that I had more than a 30 minute wait time and that I was caller number 32 in the list. They also send irrelevant emails to my email address 2-4 times every single day.
