I recently used a design service for my business from an online company. I found their website, bingeniousdesigns.com, and decided to give them a try. While the overall experience was okay, it was nothing extraordinary. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The design packages they offered were reasonably priced, which was a plus. However, the quality of the designs was just average. They lacked creativity and uniqueness, which was a bit disappointing. The communication with their team was decent, though sometimes I had to wait longer than expected for a response. The turnaround time for the designs was also average, not particularly fast but not too slow either. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They did the job, but I wouldn't necessarily go back to them for future design needs.
