Qurient, Inc. is an average company overall. They have decent products and services, but nothing extraordinary. I found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, their customer service could be improved. I had a few issues that took longer than expected to resolve. The staff was polite, but not very proactive. Despite the shortcomings, they did eventually resolve my issues, which is why I would give them an average rating.
