went to Keffer for my routine oil change, state inspection and tire check/patch (which is covered under my extended warranty). In the hour and a half I sat and waited for these things to be done, they changed the oil. I allotted more than enough time for these services but was forced to have them drop the car and release it to me immediately so I could get on with my day and the many other things people have to do. I was also told that i did not have an extended warranty, which I do, I paid extra for it. And that state inspections take 45 min. Which, if that's the case, I was still there for far too long, but I have never had an inspection take more than 15 min and Ive had a car for 17 years.I was not surprised to see that they had also NOT washed my car which is actually something you have to opt out of, which i did not. Worst service experience I have ever had at Keffer VW or maybe anywhere.
