Called and was told to call back in 10 minutes. To...

Called and was told to call back in 10 minutes. Tool a long time to answer. When she did answer, she was extremely fast (like I was bothering her) when I called back. She was upset we called back.. and rude! We order her alot. Not happy with her customer service. She needs better training!!!!
