I wish I could give more stars, I purchased a premium quality pair of chippewa brand boots and wore them at work for two days and my feet were not too happy, I called the third day and the gentlemen were happy to work with me to resolve my issue. They fitted me with different insoles and stretched the boots a tad bit wider overnight. They felt amazing when picked up and all was free of charge since the boots were just purchased there. This is the kind of business that is far and few between these days and I will be a lifetime customer here.
