I had a mixed experience with 123show. While the ticket prices were affordable and the website was easy to use, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response when I had a question about my tickets, and when I finally did get a response, the answer was not very helpful. It's disappointing because the overall service seemed promising, but the lack of quality customer support left a lot to be desired.
