I recently used a mailing service and was satisfied with the overall experience. The packages arrived on time, and there were no issues with delivery. My only concern was the lack of communication during the process. I didn't receive any updates or tracking information. It would be beneficial if they could improve their communication channels. Other than that, it was a decent service.
