I hired Self-Employed / JBN Building Services / Russell Cawberry Group for a renovation project, and the overall experience was satisfactory. The quality of work was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. The team was responsive and fixed the issues promptly. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. The pricing was fair, and the project was completed within the agreed timeframe. I would consider working with them again, but with better communication expectations.
