I have been a customer of WPT Enterprises for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of satisfactory quality, I feel that there are several areas where they can improve. The customer support team could be more responsive and knowledgeable, and the shipping times could be faster. Overall, I would describe my experience with WPT as mediocre.
