Been here before and was a lovely experience.
This is my 4th time staying at this hotel but things went downhill, not sure if its bad management or because of the whole bonvoy experience!
Toilet was not dirty but there was a big stain (photos attached), for a 5 star hotel the least they could do is replace or pain the toilet seat!
The in room dining was good and prices were ok!
The good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport.
