The store is supposed to close at 2:00 p.m. My girlfriend has reserved some shoes. I leave a little before my work to be on time, 13.55. Fair, perfect. Well, it turns out that they close me in the face. For them, two more minutes of their time is worth more than the half hour that I, a potential client, would have to waste, coming in the afternoon.
