We had a lovely night here for a friend's wedding IN SPITE of the service and staff attitude.

It took 32 minutes for me to get served at the bar and it was only one deep when I got there. The staff literally didn't care, there was a particularly useless bloke with 100% the wrong attitude for the situation.

More staff were clearing glasses than were serving drinks. when it was finally my turn to get served the bar girl simply walked off to go and clear glasses... when she came back I asked her if she could serve me. she said no I'm not serving....then walked off with the tray of drinks which she'd clearly taken an order for somewhere else.

Extremely frustrating experience which the management did nothing to try and solve.

The hotel had clearly taken a booking for more people than it can handle - so be really careful if you're booking for a wedding.
